A message straight from the airship

This is the web site of Team #341 “Miss Daisy,” a FIRST® (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) robotics team from Wissahickon High School in Ambler, Pennsylvania.

The FIRST® Robotics Competition is an international high school robotics competition. Each year, teams of students compete to build robots that can participate in a different game challenge each year.

Our team’s goal is to inspire young people to pursue technical careers and promote good citizenship. The focal point is the construction of a competition robot. The team also puts a strong emphasis on community outreach activities and charity. This program brings students, teachers, and industrial mentors together in a spirit of partnership! Our team was founded in 1999 and has been going strong ever since. Please enjoy your time on our site and feel free to explore everything we have to offer.

Help us to continue our important work. Interested in becoming a sponsor?

  • Apply to our FTC Team
    (Grades 9-10)

A year-round activity with a bit less time commitment than FRC. This is a fantastic option for students who think they may be interested in engineering, science, math, and software programming.
